Can you support streaming and interactive control across the UAE and GCC?
Yes. Both services are available for projects across all UAE emirates and GCC countries. We plan each location’s feed, connectivity, operators, venue access and permissions, then agree travel, equipment and rehearsal where onsite delivery is required. Can you combine several locations into one event stream?
Yes. We can scope contribution feeds from multiple locations into one coordinated programme. The plan depends on each location’s source equipment, connectivity, production contacts and a successful rehearsal of the agreed workflow.
Can the event stream go to our social media pages?
Social media output can be included for the destinations agreed in the brief. Your accounts need the relevant permissions and streaming eligibility. We review current platform requirements and the proposed delivery setup before confirming where the stream can be sent.
Which devices can the control interface use?
We can design for phones, tablets, touchscreens and computers. We confirm the specific device, operating system, browser or application, connectivity and production-system integration before agreeing the setup. Compatibility is assessed for each project.
What can the interface control?
The interface can provide agreed stream selections, content playback and presentation cues, such as selecting a venue feed or showing a holding screen. Available actions depend on the production system, its supported integrations and operator permissions. This service covers event content and streams; it does not operate physical machinery.
What needs to be ready before the event?
We need the running order, locations, source feeds, technical contacts and intended destinations. Together we confirm power, connectivity, account access, equipment, operator roles, rehearsal time and fallback procedures. Equipment sourcing and availability are agreed per project.
What happens if a location loses connectivity?
The preparation plan defines the response for the specific event, which may include selecting another available feed or an approved holding screen. Any backup connection, recording or additional equipment must be scoped and tested; it is not assumed to be included.
