Event registration services

Every touchpoint.
One clear flow.

Choose the parts your event needs, from a registration page to a connected guest journey. The agreed scope defines the forms, communications, pass design, check-in workflow and reports we deliver.

01

Invitations & RSVPs

Event landing pages, invitations and RSVP forms explain the event and collect the agreed guest details. We define guest categories, response options and confirmation content with your team, including who approves and sends each communication.

02

Guest passes & QR check-in

Branded guest passes carry the agreed event details and a QR code for the check-in workflow. We plan validation, guest lookup and exception handling around your entry points, with admission decisions and operator responsibilities agreed before the event.

03

Registration & attendance reports

Receive agreed guest-list exports and reporting fields. Registration and RSVP responses show the planned audience; recorded check-ins show attendance captured at the desk. We keep those totals separate and agree useful breakdowns, recipients and the handover format.

From invitation to attendance

A clear path.
For every guest.

We map the guest experience and the work behind the desk together. Your team approves the event information, branding, guest rules and data requirements before we build and test the agreed flow.

01

Invite with clarity.

The guest opens the invitation or event page and reads the practical details. Your team approves the event information, wording and timing, with responsibility for sending each communication agreed in advance.

02

Register and prepare.

The guest submits the agreed registration or RSVP form. Required fields and response options follow the event brief; the confirmation flow provides their status, event details and pass where applicable.

03

Arrive and check in.

An authorised operator validates the guest’s QR pass or uses the agreed lookup procedure. Missing passes, duplicate scans, name changes and walk-ins follow rules approved by the organiser.

04

Connect the delivery team.

Keep guest-list changes, desk handovers and event-day decisions connected. Before doors open, agree who owns each task, how the team handles exceptions and where scoped onsite technical support fits.

05

Report what happened.

After the event, the agreed handover separates registrations, RSVP responses and recorded attendance. Your team receives the selected fields and any agreed notes needed to interpret the results.

03 / The interactive part

PLAY IT
THROUGH.

Try a fictional invitation, registration, guest pass and check-in journey. This demonstration illustrates the flow; your event’s fields, rules and delivery setup are agreed separately.

Planning registration across the UAE & GCC

Useful answers.
Before the brief.

What do you need to plan event registration in the UAE or GCC?

Start with the event date, country, city and venue, expected guest numbers, invitation approach and entry points. We also need approved branding and content, the required guest fields, admission rules, a decision-maker and the planned launch date. The organiser confirms permission to use the guest information and approves the final flow.

Can you support registration in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and other GCC locations?

Yes. Invitations and RSVP flows, guest passes, QR check-in and attendance reporting are available across all UAE emirates and the GCC. Digital preparation can be coordinated remotely; the onsite plan confirms venue access, operators, devices, travel and rehearsal for each location. Explore our UAE and GCC coverage.

Can registration pages, invitations and passes use our branding?

Yes. We shape the landing page, RSVP form, confirmation content and guest pass around the approved event identity. The brief confirms which items are included and who supplies the copy, artwork and event information. Domain arrangements and any external communication tools are reviewed before implementation.

How does QR event check-in handle a missing pass?

The agreed workflow can include guest lookup by an authorised operator. The organiser sets identity checks and admission rules, including what happens for a missing record, duplicate scan or walk-in. We rehearse these cases alongside the normal QR check-in path.

Is a registration report the same as an attendance report?

No. A registration or RSVP records a response before the event. An attendance report records the check-ins captured during the event. We label those measures separately and agree the reporting fields and handover format in advance.

Can you provide onsite support and check-in equipment across the UAE and GCC?

Onsite technical support and hardware coordination can be included in the agreed scope. We confirm venue access, connectivity, device requirements, operating hours, responsibilities and equipment availability before committing the setup.

Can the registration workflow connect to our existing systems?

We first review the systems, access, data fields and outcome you need. Any integration depends on technical feasibility, permissions and an agreed scope; it is confirmed before the build.
