Eight services. One connected journey.

Start with what
you need.

Choose a focused deliverable or connect several services across the UAE and GCC. We agree the pages, guest rules, devices, responsibilities and handover for your project.

01 THE DIGITAL FRONT DOOR.

Event websites give guests the information and next step they need. Custom forms connect that action to a useful workflow. We also build standalone business websites with clear service pages and enquiry journeys.

Dubai base / UAE & GCC coverage

Across the UAE.
Connected to the GCC.

All eight services are available for projects across the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council. Bring us one venue, a regional programme or a digital build; we shape delivery around your locations and the people making it happen.

Every UAE emirate: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

All six GCC countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.

01

Build the digital journey.

Event websites and landing pages, invitations and RSVP registration, guest passes, custom forms and attendance reporting can be prepared with your team remotely. We agree audience and language requirements, content approvals, data access, launch dates and handover for the markets you want to reach.

02

Prepare each venue.

QR check-in, onsite support and hardware need a location-specific operating plan. We confirm venue access, power, connectivity, desk operators, equipment sourcing and availability, travel and transport, support hours and rehearsal. The brief assigns local coordination and any required permissions.

03

Connect the live moment.

Live streaming and interactive event control can connect venues across the region. Each site needs agreed source feeds, production contacts, connectivity and control permissions. We align local timings, social-platform access and the running order, then rehearse the complete flow with the delivery team.

04

Scope one clear delivery plan.

Share the country, city and venue for each location, the dates and the services you need. We define the digital work, onsite roles, travel and equipment logistics together, including cross-border arrangements where relevant, so responsibilities and costs are clear before the project is confirmed.

From brief to doors open

Good technology.
Better considered.

The experience on the surface is only as good as the thinking underneath it. We connect the two.

Start with the right questions
01

Understand the moment.

The audience, the venue, the guest journey. We start with what needs to happen, then work back to the right technology.

02

Build the connections.

A branded experience, clear workflows and the right data. Every part has a purpose and a place in the journey.

03

Rehearse the real world.

Walk through the guest flow, device setup and handovers. Agree what happens when someone needs a little extra help.

04

Deliver. Then learn.

Support the agreed event flow and make the information useful afterwards. Registration and attendance stay clearly distinguished.

Before we begin

A clearer
starting point.

Can I book one service without the whole event journey?

Yes. A5M4 can scope an event landing page, a custom form, a registration build or onsite technical support as a defined project. We first confirm how that part will connect to your existing team and systems.

Are all eight services available beyond Dubai?

Yes. Our service area covers the whole UAE and GCC, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Website and registration builds, custom forms, passes, reporting, onsite support, live streaming and interactive event control can be scoped for projects throughout the region. See the locations and delivery planning.

Do you build websites outside the events sector?

Yes. We also build standalone business websites and enquiry or application forms. The page structure, content, functionality and handover are agreed around the business. See websites and custom forms.

Are hardware and onsite staff included in every build?

They are scoped separately where needed. We confirm the venue, device requirements, equipment availability, technical roles, operating hours and setup plan before committing to onsite delivery.

What should I share in an initial brief?

Share the event or website purpose, date, audience, expected guest or user numbers, required services and existing systems. For events, include the country, city, venue, invitation rules and reporting needs. For multiple locations, identify each venue and its local technical contact. The event planning checklist helps organise these details.

YOUR NEXT
BIG MOMENT.

Bring the ambition. Let’s build the technology around it.

Let’s shape your project.

Choose what you need. We’ll turn it into a starting brief.

What are you planning?

Review your outline first, then add your contact details to send an enquiry. Scope, hardware and availability are confirmed together.
